RETURN/RESIZE POLICY
All our rings are handmade and customized to create the perfect product for our customers, and we therefore cannot accept returns or cash refunds. However, we understand that sometimes the product may come not as you expected or might not fit just right.
Because of the natural products we use to make your rings, they cannot be resized after they are made. If you did not order the correct size we will happily split the cost of creating a new, correctly sized ring. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your ring to qualify for these remake discount. Please refer to the sizing guide to make sure you are ordering the correct size.
Here are the time frames/policies for returns:
RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RING (Original ring must be returned)
- If you want a different ring (Different metal, width, or style) you will receive an in-store credit minus 20% restocking fee (ONE TIME ONLY).
- If you want a resize of the same ring (Same metal, width, and style), the cost is 50% of the original price of the ring. (i.e. – the original cost was 160€, the resize price will be 80€)

***Rush fees must be re-purchased if needed***
RETURN AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RING (You keep the original ring)
- If you want a different ring (Different metal, width, or style) you will receive a 25% discount on a new ring.
- If you want a resize of the same ring (Same metal, width, and style), the cost is 75% of the original price of the ring. (i.e. – the original cost was 160€, the resize price will be 120€)
